We only require you to upload one image but recommend uploading 4. The more images we have the more accurate our artist will draw you! Once you've finished choosing your product click on the 'Add to cart' button at the bottom of the page to continue checking out.

 




How long does it take?

Our average delivery times for DIGITAL ART is currently 5-7 Days via Email.  (if you ask for a revision, it will of course take a few days longer) Our average delivery times for CANVAS PRINTS are about 13-15 Days After your order is placed! Keep in mind you’ll have your digital art via email a lot sooner. If you ask for a revision, it will delay this entire process by a few days. Our team of artists work as fast as they can.

ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 1-4 days to create your digital artwork. Once complete, we will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise your order will be auto approved by our system.

PS: Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfillment does take longer.

Additional charges will apply for revision request after the 24 hour approval time frame, if your canvas was shipped we can provide a reprint of the approved revisioned artwork at a 40% discount. Shipping takes another 7-12 business days on average.

What is SKIP THE LINE?

Skipping the line means that you will be in the front of the queue to get your artwork drawn. You are guaranteed to receive your digital artwork within 1-2 days so that you can approve it or request revisions. Please note this is for DIGITAL only, physical product shipping and delivery will still vary based on revisions, and regular shipping timeframes.

What is Shipping Insurance?

 This is an additional option that is offered at an additional cost which varies between $3.99-$7.99. 

      What is covered:

  • Lost in Transit: Due to carrier delays we consider lost in transit after 12 business days of no tracking update on the Website.
  • Delivered, Not Received: This is in the ase your order shows it was; however, you did not receive it. (We ONLY approve this coverage after opening an investigation with the carrier and results in the carriers fault ex: delivered to the wrong address)
  • Damaged: Damages due to shipping handling

 

I do not like my drawing and want to make changes?

We offer 2 free revisions, satisfying the customer is of utmost importance but there ARE limits to what will be altered at the customers request.  Any changes (such as Pose, Outfit, Background, etc) that were not included in the original order notes will result in additional charges.

*We highly suggest to provide ALL / ANY specific details you would like included in your artwork,

 

What currency are Animefy Me prices?

All prices on our store are denominated in USD.

 

How is the portrait sent?

Your portrait will be digital so it will be emailed to you when it’s complete, ready to print or put on a mug, t-shirt whatever you decide to do with it. If you purchased the Canvas print then you will also receive the canvas via FedEx/USPS in the mail!

 

What can I have as my background?

Whatever you want! You just let us know your idea and we will make it happen.

 

Do pets count as a person? Does an extra character count as a person?

Unfortunately yes. 

Extra characters will be charged case by case. If you'd like the character to be completing an action, it will be the same price that you originally paid for one person. 

Can I do whatever I want with my portrait?

Yes, absolutely, unlike some we put no restrictions on your portrait, it’s yours to do whatever you want with.

 

Can you work from more than one photo?

The more photos the better! Just make sure you’re clear about how you’d like your illustration drawn in the picture description and leave the rest up to us 

What quality should the photo I send to you be?

The better quality the photo the easier it will be for our artists to get a more accurate illustration of you on the other side. But don’t worry, we’ll let you know if we’re having any issues.

Quality reference photos matter and make a huge difference in the end product of portraits. It also helps to have multiple reference photos for the best capture.

We highly recommend providing images with the best quality, well lit and without significant obstruction such as graininess or blurred images. If the supplied photos do not meet these qualifications, understand that it may heavily impact the success of the artwork as far as recognizability and realism. 

I have a large group I need doing?

No problem just drop us an email and we can discuss large jobs.

 

Do you ship orders to the UK & EU? If so, how will orders be shipped?
 
Yes, we ship to the UK & EU. To get your order to you, we've partnered with Passport Shipping and they will be the Seller for all orders to the UK for orders under £135 and orders to the EU for orders €150 and Under.

How long does it take?

Once we receive your order our artists get started immediately with your outline, once the design is complete it gets sent to be made and shipped.  

Processing: 5-7 business days
Shipping: 3-5 business days

Would I get a preview before it’s made? 

In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer artwork previews or proofs. But don't worry! If your provided photo won't make the best portrait, we’ll reach out to you for a new one.

Can I change the photo before my hoodie is made?

Absolutely! As long as your hoodie has not been made. We can definitely change the image for an additional cost. 

Can I choose the thread color?

We only offer black threading for all of the hoodies except for the black, it is white threading.

Hoodie Cancellation policy: 

Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin the processing your order, so we cannot accept cancellations request. We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to the custom nature of the product. If you believe you received a defective or damaged item, please reach out to Customer Service along with photos of your hoodie and the packaging it came in, to assist you with a replacement.

Mugs

How are mugs printed?

Your design is inkjet printed using dye-sublimation inks and transfer paper. The image on the paper is printed mirrored, and the paper is wrapped around the mug. The ink is mixed with the coating, so when heat and pressure are applied to transfer the image, it becomes part of the mug.

Is the print dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes! They are microwave and dishwasher safe. 

What do I do if the mug arrives broken?

If you open the package and find the mug is damaged, contact info@animefyme.com, and we'll send you a new one.

How can I clean my phone case?

Clean with damp cotton or microfiber cloth. Add a drop of dish soap to the cloth if needed and wipe the soap down with a clean, damp cloth.

What material are the socks?

They are 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex with ribbed tube and super soft fleece inside lining at the bottom of the sock.

Care Instructions:

Do not dry clean; Do not iron; Dry flat; Do not bleach; Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F).

What sizes do you offer?

We offer 3 sizes S, M, and L.

Stickers

What shape are the stickers?

They are classic square-style stickers with clean, crisp edges and simple-but-elegant look.

What type of finish are the stickers?

They have a glossy paper finish. They are vinyl surface stickers with a strong acrylic adhesive backside.

**Printed with environmentally friendly eco-solvent inks provides extraordinary bright colors.

Care Instructions: 

Use a soft, clean and dry cloth to gently brush any dust or dirt off from the center of the sticker outwards.

Tumblers

This stainless travel-size tumbler is vacuum-insulated and built to last. It's perfect for showing off your style on the road, at the office, or in the countryside.

Are the tumblers dishwasher safe?

Yes! You may clean in dishwasher or wash by hand with warm water and dish soap.

Is it for Cold or Hot beverages?

Perfect for everyday use, the tumbler's design provides an excellent seal which keeps beverages hot or cold
